SATURDAY, JULY 15TH....THE BELLE RIVER SUNSPLASH PARADE. WE ARE TO MEET AT THE BELLE RIVER PUBLIC SCHOOL, 370 PETER STREET, AT 9:00 AM TO PREPARE FOR THE PARADE WHICH STARTS At 10:00 AM. COLOR GUARD WILL CAR POOL FROM ST. JEROME PARISH PARKING LOT AT 8:30 AM. PLEASE BE AT THE PARKING LOT BY 8:15 AM. THANK YOU.

Important information
1) Only candidates and their spouse/guest will be issued a name tag to wear. Sir Knights attending should bring their Assembly issued name tag.
2) All Sir Knights and candidates are required to wear a tuxedo. Social Baldric is required for the Mass and for the evening banquet. The only exception to this would be our Clergy, police officers or military officers who can wear their official issued dress uniform.
3) Proper Dress:
Candidates: Must be dressed in a black, single breasted tuxedo, white pleated tuxedo shirt (regular collar, absolutely no wing tip collars), black bow tie and black cummerbund, black socks and black shoes (patent leather not required). Candidates will be issued their social baldrics & 4th degree lapel pin.
Sir Knights: Are encouraged to dress in their full regalia for the exemplification and in their tuxedo and social baldric for dinner. White gloves are only to be worn while in full regalia.
4) Every FN is responsible to mail all the registration forms (candidates and members) along with all four copies of the form 4 and one cheque to cover all the forms registration fees and ticket purchases . Please use a large 8 x 11 envelope. Bearing in mind the deadline is Friday, Oct 13TH, we encourage the FN’s to mail their package on or before Thursday Oct 5TH.
5) We encourage sponsors or Assemblies to offer to pay for their candidate’s & spouse’s lunch and dinner. We hope this kind gesture will aid you to recruit better with the candidate’s expense solely his registration fee and tuxedo expense.
6) Gift basket tickets will be available for purchase during the Ladies program and before dinner. The gift baskets must be delivered before noon. The draws will be made at the end of the evening banquet.
7) There will be assigned seating for dinner with all efforts to place everyone registered with those in their Assembly and for candidates with their sponsors. Information from the registration form will be used for seating plans so please complete the form in its entirety (indicating if you are a sponsor and your candidate’s name).
8) We encourage all Assemblies to support every Exemplification and ultimately your District Master, even those with no candidates, by purchasing an Ad in the booklet.
9) There will be other fundraising except the gift baskets for the ladies’ program and the advertising in the souvenir booklet (no 50/50 draw or other fundraising). Please support with an Ad and/or a gift basket.
10) A professional photographer will be available. $10 cash paid that day for a 5x7 framed photo with 4th degree emblem embossed in photo which you will take home. Please indicate your interest on the registration form. A wonderful keepsake for this special occasion.
11) FN’s are required to ensure their members have their 3RD and 4TH degree membership cards and candidates have their 3RD (these will be inspected at the Entrances).
12) Mail registration forms & cheque to committee Registrar SK Dan Orawski (address found on form). Mail Ad contract and cheque to SK David Gelinas (address found on form).
13) All business ad’s must be approved by the committee. We will not accept ads from any insurance related business or any other funeral homes (exclusive agreement to our main sponsor for this exemplification).
